MLC's President and Project Managers closely supervise all projects, and our full-time carpenters provide skilled and artful craftsmanship. We have created strong relationships with our specialty trades, all of whom have worked with us for a minimum of five years and have consistently demonstrated the highest level of quality and dependability.
Although most of our projects come to us as negotiated contracts we also provide competitive estimates for projects that include no more than three qualified bidders. More than half of MLC's clients have contracted with us for additional construction services. We are always happy to introduce clients who are looking for design/build services to the talented architects with whom we have worked extensively.
